Steve Kelly, DO is what we call the "Supervising Physician" for Alyssa Kalberer, PA-C. Every PA medical provider legally has to have a "Supervising Physician" medical provider in order to practice medicine, unless otherwise "health coaching." Alyssa can health coach in any USA state.

Steve is medically licensed to see patients/prescribe medications in 32 states. Alyssa currently practices "health coaching" in all states and is licensed to prescribe medications in CT, SC, VA. She is currently working on becoming licensed to prescribe medications in MA, MO, MD, TX, CA.

Therefore, even if you are not in a state Alyssa is currently licensed to prescribe medications in, between both providers, we've got you covered and you can still be a patient of KWC!

• Every Employee/Patient is required to sign up for KWC’s electronic medical record called “Practice Better” and have access to the portal. Practice Better even has an awesome app but can easily be logged into on the phone through the URL as well.
• After every visit, a medical note with the visit details will always be available for every patient in their individual medical portal through Practice Better.

• A follow-up text or email (patient preference) 1-2 days after a KWC Urgent Care visit will be sent to see how the patient is improving. This is not deemed a “visit” unless otherwise indicated by medical provider at the time of follow-up, which may be necessary in some cases if the patient and provider discuss medical care and/or further symptoms or treatments. 
• In some instances, we also have our secretary or nurse reach out to patient's to see how they are feeling or if they need any further care in the time being. Talk about concierge care!

KWC has many upcoming "family-based" and "group-based" programs for which the KWC Family/Small Business Health Program patients will have first access to!!
