Alyssa has been a natural health enthusiast, active & faithful person her whole life. She gained her background in health studying in-depth cellular biology & graduating with honors from Central CT State University in New Britain, CT, with a bachelors degree in Biomolecular Sciences & a minor in Chemistry. She then attended Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences University (MCPHS-U) in Boston, MA, with her masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies. There, she took her Anatomy & Physiology cadaver lab at Harvard Medical School & learned from two renowned pathophysiologists (& aced their classes!). Upon graduation, Alyssa was also honored with the most compassionate PA-student award! Alyssa has furthered her medical education by studying functional medicine at the Institute for Functional Medicine.

Alyssa has been a provider for 7 years & in the medical field for over 13 years. She has worked at Yale New Haven Children's Hospital & with Hartford Healthcare Medical Group.
